Willacy County Livestock Show &Fair Youth Rodeo
We will proudly be hosting the youth rodeo for the Willacy County Livestock Show & Fair. Registration is now open - sign up here!
Leadline: 25 contestants max. All contestants win a prize. Full payment due January 9th!
**Side Saddle Pot: contestants will have a chance to win a saddle by signing up for the raffle. For each event where the contestant places , a ticket will be entered into the raffle for the saddle.
Contestants must be 18 the day of the rodeo - we will verify age by checking birth certificates.

Practice - R4
We are having practice for any steer or bull riders on Friday, August 1st from 6PM - 9PM. We highly encourage attending this practice as a first time rider to familiarize yourself with the process and know what to expect for the day of the rodeo. Parents are required to attend and waivers must be signed in order for the kids to practice. Practice fee is $30 and can be paid upon arrival.

2nd Practice - R1
Practice runs for Breakaway, Chute Dogging, Chute Roping, Goat Tying. No registration required. No fee for these practice runs.
We are having practice for any first time steer or bull riders on Friday, May 9th from 7:30 - 9PM. We highly encourage attending this practice as a first time rider to familiarize yourself with the process and know what to expect for the day of the rodeo. Parents are welcome to come see the rough stock that will be used for the steer & bull riding events. Practice fee is $20 and can be paid upon arrival.
